Crown Destination Management provides the following services for home owners:

  1. Key management

If you do not stay on Bonaire all year round, it is good to know that there is a professional office where the keys to your Bonairean home are safely stored so that, for whatever reason, access can always be granted to your property.

Your keys are held in a secure environment and upon authorized written instruction we will make the key(s) available to owners, visiting guests or other interested parties. (this under the supervision of our office).

If desired or necessary (for example in case of calamities), access to your property will always take place under the supervision of one of our employees.

       2. Property management

Property management means the following:

  • Monthly inspection of your home and any additional inspection after a storm or heavy rainfall.
  • Check whether all utilities are functioning properly (electricity, water, gas)
  • Flush all toilets, taps and showers to prevent dehydration and possible odor nuisance.
  • Checking the lighting and replacing lamps if necessary.
  • Ventilate the entire house and check for any moisture formation.
  • Check for the presence of insects or other vermin.
  • Testing of all electrical equipment.
  • Control of roller shutters, locks and any alarm system.
  • Checking and emptying the letterbox, whereby the mail present is kept at our office. Important mail will be opened by us after approval from the owner and forwarded to the owner.
  • Direct telephone contact with owners in case of important matters or incidents.
  • Monthly email contact with audit findings.
  • 24-hour service, 365 days a year available by telephone for owners or their guests in case of calamities and/or problems.
    • Coordinating and monitoring cleaning service, gardening companies and swimming pool maintenance and any (emergency) repairs which are of course at the expense of the owner. 

3    Rental Serice

Because you have decided that you are going to rent out your holiday home, it is important that you and your tenants have a point of contact on Bonaire.

For a fixed amount per year and a small fee per rented period, you have found a reliable partner in our office who takes care of a correct settlement and a carefree rental of your property on Bonaire in a professional manner.

Below we give you a small summary of the services you can expect from our office when renting out your home on Bonaire:


  1. a) Our office will draw up a complete inventory of all items present in your home.
  2. b) An information folder is compiled by our office with important information for the tenants. This includes house rules, local rules and customs, useful and practical information about the area, tourist attractions and important telephone numbers.

This folder will be placed in your home and regularly updated and updated if necessary.

  1. c) We make a rental calendar on which you and our office can see when the property is available for rental.

There are NO restrictions with regard to your own use of the property, but you must of course inform us of this in time so that there is no risk of "double bookings". Already confirmed bookings must always be honoured.

  1. d) If applicable, we receive the agreed rental price from the tenant, including cleaning costs, and pay this (minus the fee to our office) to a bank account specified by the landlord, no later than 10 working days after the relevant rental period.
  2. e) If applicable, we receive the deposit and only then do we hand over the key to your tenants
  3. f) Meet and Greet with your tenants;

Upon arrival, we welcome your tenants to your home and give a brief explanation of the operation of the various devices, television, air conditioning, alarm, etc.

If desired and at an additional cost, we can arrange a welcome package for tenants in the house on the day of arrival. This is often a very pleasant surprise for the tenants, especially if they arrive late in the evening and the shops are already closed.

During the entire rental period we are the point of contact for your tenants and they can always contact us with questions, problems and/or calamities.

Check-out and final inspection when the tenants leave the house.

After extensive checking, the deposit paid will be returned to the tenant within 10 days (if applicable).

After the tenants (or yourself) have left the house, we have the house completely cleaned and we ensure that bed linen and towels are cleaned and replaced. Costs for cleaning and laundry are for the account of tenants and/or the owners of the house.
