Meet and Greet Service (Regular & XL)
Your customer only gets a first impression once. This is often immediately upon arrival at our airport, Flamingo Airport. What a soothing feeling it must give you as a travel organizer that our host or hostess, well recognizable, awaits the guests to welcome them on the island and help them on their way to the booked taxi, bus or rental car. Our host/hostess has had contact with the accommodation manager a few hours before the arrival of the guests to make sure that the booked accommodation is ready for the arrival of your guests. The same happens of course at the car rental company, check & double check. With the XL variant, a bottle of wine is placed in the room on behalf of your travel organization, with a welcome card, written by our host/hostess. That card will immediately contain the host's contact details, including our emergency telephone number that is available 24/7.
Group transfers (9 people and more)
We also offer transfer services for larger groups. We would be happy to discuss the size of the group and make you a tailor-made offer.
Individual Transfers (up to max. 8 persons)
If desired, Crown Destination Management can organize the transfer between the airport and the booked accommodation and vice versa for your customers.
Distinction between bus and taxi transfers
With these transfers, a choice can be made between a bus transfer, in which other passengers are also taken to various hotels according to a fixed route, and transfers in which a designated taxi transports the guests directly to their destination.
Although the island is not very big, the transfers are divided into three categories:
Category 1 Center Kralendijk and Belnem North
Category 2 Agglomeration Kralendijk and Belnem South
Category 3 Sabadeco, Rincon and Sorobon
Accommodations
Crown Destination Management works with a number of accommodations on the island. We offer the travel professional a wide range: from simple to full service and all inclusive hotels and resorts, bed & breakfasts, apartments and individual houses.
We keep it simple, because you book the accommodation of your choice with us. We are your contract partner and responsible for the entire booking process including invoicing and payment.
Island Excursions
Bonaire has a lot to offer. There are plenty of excursion options. There are popular North and South tours, in which the tourist travels by bus across the entire island and gets to see the high lights, there is an excursion to the National Park Slagbaai, you can view the Mangrove forests by canoe, a windsurfing or kitesurfing lesson. follow, there is always something to do.

Representation during emergencies
Crown Destination Marketing is there for your organization. We are available 24/7 for both our clients and your customers. If it is necessary that special assistance must be provided in the event of illness, hospitalization and the like, we take our responsibility.
